adult: Wrightsock advises sizing up when in doubt. Its chart prints UK 12+ for XL but only EU 46.5, so above EU 46.5 we can’t tell you whether XL fits.

Wash and dry Wrightsock socks
Wash inside out in warm water, including before first wear. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Line dry or use no heat.
A different instruction on the exact sock takes precedence over general brand guidance. Use the care lookup and your own drying estimate in the rotation planner.
Guarantee and return checks
The double-layer guarantee runs for one year. Direct purchases can receive a refund or replacement with proof of purchase; retailer purchases receive replacement. Between-toe blisters and accidental damage are excluded. This is a claim remedy, not a promise that a sock will prevent blisters.
For an ordinary direct-store return, keep the socks unworn and include the packing slip with your refund or exchange request. Use the guarantee process for a worn pair rather than sending it as an unworn return.
