Wash and dry Showers Pass socks
Showers Pass’s care page is written for its waterproof gear in general, not for socks: wash on a gentle cycle in cool or cold water (30°C/86°F where the machine allows) with a liquid free-and-clear detergent or a technical-gear wash; avoid powders, stain-fighting, softening and whitening products and bleach; hang-dry where you can and keep the gear away from high heat. Its merino section adds: read the garment label, wash inside out below 30°C (85°F), skip fabric softener and lay flat to dry.
A different instruction on the exact sock takes precedence over general brand guidance. Use the care lookup and your own drying estimate in the rotation planner.
Guarantee and return checks
Showers Pass gives an unconditional guarantee of two years on rainwear and one year on all other accessories and apparel; the page does not say which group its socks fall in. If you are unhappy within that time you get a one-time exchange for other Showers Pass gear. Faulty items are repaired or replaced at its discretion; worn items are not refunded in cash, and gear bought elsewhere needs a receipt or other dated proof of purchase.
Unused items with tags attached can go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Closeout items can only be exchanged for another size or returned for store credit, and items that show use get store credit only. Return postage is yours unless you paid $3.08 for return protection at checkout. Showers Pass products bought elsewhere get store credit with proof of purchase within the guarantee period.
