DexShell sock sizing

DexShell prints 1 chart for the models here: adult. The DexShell size chart page shows each one as the maker prints it, with the models that use it.

adult: DexShell advises choosing the larger size if you are between sizes, and sizing up for tight-fitting shoes or a wider forefoot or pronounced big toe.

Look up your size. See the fit checklist for heel position, toe room and cuff clearance.

Wash and dry DexShell socks

Wash at 30°C (86°F) or below on a mild cycle with a mild detergent, and drip or line dry away from direct heat such as radiators or heaters, which can make the layers come apart. Do not bleach, wring, iron or dry clean. Wear the socks inside footwear, not as footwear on their own.

A different instruction on the exact sock takes precedence over general brand guidance. Use the care lookup and your own drying estimate in the rotation planner.

Guarantee and return checks

DexShell’s Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects for the product’s reasonable usable lifespan, which DexShell says means its expected service life, not an unlimited period of ownership. Send your order details, proof of purchase and clear photos of the fault; DexShell may offer a replacement, exchange or refund, and may ask for the product back first.

Orders placed on dexshell.com can be returned, exchanged, replaced or refunded within 12 months (365 days) of purchase: email DexShell with your order number. Return shipping is free once a return is approved; socks that are not faulty must be unused, clean and resalable, and refunds go to the original payment method. Pairs bought from a dealer or retailer go back to that seller first.

Separate the guarantee from store returns.
