Woolx sock sizing
Woolx prints 2 charts for the models here: men’s, women’s. The Woolx size chart page shows each one as the maker prints it, with the models that use it.
men’s, women’s: Woolx prints its shoe sizes on the size buttons only: men’s L 9–12 and XL 12–15, women’s S 4–7 and M 7–10. A men’s 12 or a women’s 7 sits in two sizes, and Woolx gives no rule for which to pick.

Wash and dry Woolx socks
Machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener, which coats the merino fibres.
A different instruction on the exact sock takes precedence over general brand guidance. Use the care lookup and your own drying estimate in the rotation planner.
Guarantee and return checks
Woolx replaces a garment with a defect in material or workmanship, or gives store credit, case by case after you send its defect form. Its satisfaction guarantee takes back items tried on with care and kept in their packaging.
