Thorlo prints 2 charts for the models here: unisex, women’s. The Thorlo size chart page shows each one as the maker prints it, with the models that use it.
unisex, women’s: Thorlo prints no between-sizes rule. Its padded socks take up room in a shoe, so Thorlo advises trying on shoes or boots with the socks you will hike in.

Wash and dry Thorlo socks
Wash inside out in cool or lukewarm water on a regular or delicate cycle, with no chlorine bleach. Thorlo recommends liquid fabric softener in the rinse and tumble drying on low or permanent press rather than line drying; high heat can shrink the socks.
A different instruction on the exact sock takes precedence over general brand guidance. Use the care lookup and your own drying estimate in the rotation planner.
Guarantee and return checks
Thorlo’s lifetime guarantee covers defects in material or workmanship for socks bought on thorlo.com or from an authorized reseller: send the receipt and photos of the defect, and Thorlo replaces the pair. Normal wear is not covered. A separate comfort guarantee lets you try a pair for 30 days and return it for a refund, less a $4.50 return fee.
