Kids’: Kids’ US and UK sizes run from toddler sizes into youth sizes, so this lookup reads the EU column; the whole table is shown as printed.
Men’s and unisex and women’s: Falke sizes these compression knee socks by shoe size and calf width, W1 to W4; choose both on the product page. The lookup cannot read a calf width, so the table is shown as printed.
Men’s and unisex and women’s: Falke prints each sock size as an EU shoe-size range and gives the UK and US sizes on its size buttons; it gives no advice for between sizes.

Wash and dry Falke socks
Machine wash on a gentle, delicate or wool cycle at 30°C (86°F). Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. The Cool models with lyocell take 40°C (104°F) on a gentle cycle.
